Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School or Executive MBA from Northeastern University?

Very different programs, NEU is a full blown MBA program, the MIT program is continuing education for Executives and is not a degree program. I think there is some value in the MIT Certificate but, not meant to be an MBA replacement. You are comparing apples to oranges.
