Hmmmm....
I think the best programs along these lines are in Europe, but there are a few finance-oriented ones stateside. Off the top of my head you've got Boston College/Carroll and George Washington U. Also, Brandeis has a few interesting ones, more theory-based, but I think that's what you get when you get a degree like that and not an MBA. What's your profile like?
