Looking for Help

Hello everyone!
I am lost in trying to find a Business School in the San Diego area. I have a low gpa from UCSB, but my GMAT is a lot better. Which school is the best and which is the least favored? How are these schools accredited?
Is there anyone that i can see, like a counselor, whom would help guide me through this process?
