I have 4 years of experience in addition to a rigorous (3 yrs) thesis-based MS in EE.

I am looking for top ranked executive MBA programs that would be a good match for my level of experience and are 2 years or less (shorter the better). Anything in Virginia or Maryland?

The Robert H Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland Business School (ranked 51 in the US) has a good reputation, as does Georgetown University (ranked 53 in the US). You could also look at American University. UVA Darden, though, is ranked 23rd.
