How do my chances for the flexible mba program at CSUF look with 3.2 gpa, 550 gmat, 2 years work experience?

You look a little below average http://business.fullerton.edu/graduateprograms/mba/form/MihayloFlexibleMBA.pdf
I'd guess that if you're paying out of state fees and you have an okay application packet, then you're a clear admit.
Are you only looking at commuter schools? You don't need careers support?

I would be paying in-state fees and yes commuter schools

CSUF has roughly a 60% admit rate. My guess the admit rate will be higher, and increasing, for out of state students, since they pay a lot more and tend to have higher test scores. I'd give you a 40% chance of admission.

Have you also looked at the Chapman Argyros flex MBA program? It's ranked in Businessweek, and average GMAT is around 530. Only a few miles away from Fullerton.

Hi Duncan,
How do you rate CSU Fullerton MBA, for international students in terms of post MBA employment in US? It is one of the very few MBAs in California(may be in the whole USA) that offer 29 months of OPT for international students. The time that a student can spend in US legally, and look for job after an MBA, is a major plus point, which not many other business schools offer. But, the ranking of CSUF is not that attractive. It's GMAT requirement too..

I would not rate it especially highly. You are mistaken about very few/only. See http://www.computerworld.com/article/2503903/it-skills-training/obama-expands-opt-visa-program-for-foreign-students.html and https://www.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#safe=off&q=+29+months+of+OPT+for+international+student+MBA

Not really. OPT extension(12+17 months) is only for STEM fields, not for MBA. So,99% of MBAs in USA will not offer an OPT of 29 months. But an MBA from CSUF in information sciences or decision sciences or Business Analytics do.

I am aware about NOT more than 5 MBA programs in this category in the whole USA. Please share if you have a list of more than 5
