Hi everyone,
I have 5 years experience in regional oil trading and want to go to international level.
Have postgraduate diploma in Oil suplly and trading from College of Petroleum Studies in Oxford, UK, but don't feel that it gave me knowledge deep enough.
What would be the best business school in US for me to consider?
Thank you.

Hi ursus,
I can't give you any first hand information, but it seems from a first research on this site that the US schools offering MBA programs with concentrations in the field of energy are not the top notch ones:
http://www.find-mba.com/search/ Besides I had a look internationally: https://find-mba.com/search/result?keyword=Oil
Maybe you can be more specific, do you want to get more specialized know how in your field or get more general management skills? The latter can be a good idea to prepare for the international market, and it opens up your choice of good US schools.

Hi a_mukerjee,
Thanks a lot for your feedback.
Yes, what I am looking for is a top MBA program, which would give me international level management skills and , preferrably, have some stress in oil and gas industry management, no technical know-how needed.
I have not done GMAT yet, but assume it would be at level of 650 +.
Is there any particular school you would recommend to consider?
Thanks again.
