I don't think there is a big difference between them. None of them have meaningful accreditation internationally. They are Freshers MBAs aimed at people returning to their own country.
Bournmouth is a cute place, and a popular holiday destination. It will have the best weather and is very safe.
Why not take an MSc in management at an above-average university?

Do you think a MSc is better than an MBA? I want to start my own business after a couple of years. Talking about budget I can afford around 10k only. If I decide to go with MSc which universities will you suggest?

An MSc from above average universities is better than an MBA from a below average one. Take a look at mastersportal.com and filter for Europe and £10000

Or use the FT Masters in Management 2019 ranking and add in the field called Maximum course fee (local currency)* http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2019
Good and inexpensive options look like the WU, Prague, Mannheim, IAE Aix, SGH, Cologne...
