Hello All,
I have got offer from Bath , Leeds , Strathclyde & Aston Business School till now.
Now I am confused regarding taking decision which one will best for me.
I am from IT Background with 15 years of experience. There will be 2 year PSW as I am going to take admission in September 2020. And I would like to work in UK after my study.
In that case which one will be the best choice for me.

I'd look for better schools, but of these I'd pick Strathclyde for work.
Take a look at Best schools for international students' placement http://www.find-mba.com/board/41143
Assuming that you are comparing MBAs, none of these is in the FT top 100: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/global-mba-ranking-2019
Aston and Strathclyde have modest employability scores (47), but maybe better than the others: https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings/mba-rankings/global/2019
According to the WhichMBA? ranking, Leeds is 67th out of 100 worldwide for employment (https://www.economist.com/whichmba/leeds-university-business-school/2019) compared to 55th at bath (https://www.economist.com/whichmba/university-bath-school-management/2019) and a healthier 42nd at Strathclyde (https://www.economist.com/whichmba/university-strathclyde-strathclyde-business-school/2019).

You mention you want to work in the UK but don't discuss what kind of industry / company you want to work in.
I agree that Strathclyde is probably the best bet in terms of most factors. Scotland may be a better place than England for work opportunities.
However, that might also depend on the kinds of firms you are interested in working in.

I'm pondering something similar myself but Durham is also in the mix for me as well.

QS ranks Durham higher for employability: 10th in the UK. https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings/mba-rankings/global/2019
