I am interested in studying for an online/ distance learning MBA and need your guidance and recommendation. My budget is around 15K GBP.

As for my background, I am a professional HR Manager with around 16 years of experience and have M.Sc. in HR Management. My goal is to get wide exposure to the business for a move to higher leadership roles.

Do either of these schools have notable alumni networks in the firms or industries where you want to have these leadership roles? I struggle to see why these are excellent choices. 

I have got acceptance from Loughborough, sheffield, Liverpool and Birmingham university. I'm an international student with 4 years of experience. Please address me which university should I opt for ???

I think this all depends on the place and the industry where you want to work. 

It's also worth noting that none of these schools are particularly great at placing international students in strong MBA roles in the UK. If this is your goal a ranked school would be much better.
