I think you must be nearing 40s by now.All I can suggest you is try for a employment over there and do exe.MBA...Becoz a full time MBA may not yield you anything at this stage.Getting a admission in Dur,Bat,Not,Edin,Ash...........with out GMAT could be tedious.You can get the same HSMP visa with your present qualification.And with your current inv.plan it is difficult to live along wit your family.Think plenty of times..I am sorry if it had hurted you........But I want to convey my point

Instead of viewing it as "low budget", you should probably think of it as giving a higher ROI. At GBP19k Nottingham uni b-school's MBA is value-for-money and highly regarded among MNCs here if you're planning to settle.
If you're not keen on an exec MBA (like the previous poster suggested) you should consider an MBA like Nottingham's as a ticket to get into better jobs - better as in better than most of your would-be MBA peers, since you have a considerable amount of experience...
