uk vs ireland

rahul79

Hi,
I have 5+ years of full time experience in 2 large pharma companies and big4. I have worked in International finance transaction team, Financial planning and analysis team and Erp implementation.

My future career goals are also to find job within Corporate's only like Company and organisation's in house Finance team or account team and not towards consulting side or investment banking or equity side
I am considering to apply for Masters courses in UK and Ireland both, but I am confused between these 2 countries with respect to job perspectives

Can someone guide please

Would you be admitted to a degree where you have already covered the material? Some good schools would rather give the seat to someone focused on learning. Why not take a more advanced degree in a specific part of finance and accounting? For example, an MSc in corporate finance...

thanks for replying.
yes that's true, I agree with you. I will rephrase that so I mean like I can grasp the content and lessons quickly as I have a strong base knowledge. Learning is a key, and I was confident about that.
i was stuck on employability part and got stuck in these 2 good countries, when i say I stuck, it's more fear like Return of Investment, which includes Education loan and Time also, as I already have a good job here ,
but I am sure 100% that I want to go for International experience, Education and followed by a good job

If you are already a CA, are there jobs you can simply apply to directly? I agree that its much easier to find work when you are here. There are also degrees aimed at people with prior accounting qualifications like https://www.ulster.ac.uk/courses/202324/advanced-accounting-30508
