Recruitment for EMBA graduates at LBS

Hi, I want to know how is recruitment and placements for EMBA graduates at LBS?

Imagine a guy working in tech with not much managerial experience but recently graduated with EMBA from LBS, what are his chances in finding a job in management(senior if possible)? Do companies show interest based on degree?

Someone with little managerial experience will not be admitted to the EMBA at LBS. They are *more* experienced than the full-time students.

EMBA students are almost all working. All the on-campus recruitment is open to them, and EMBA students are successful if they look for work.

Do companies show interest based on degree?

Yes, but more likely it will be that this person was somehow connected with the employer, either through the LBS network or through career services provided by the school.
