Hi Duncan, I have been following your posts and your advice has been really helpful.
Actually I kind of fit in the same profile as Polaris: I have 3 years of Work ex with one of the big fours in Auditing division. I plan to take up the MBA course Preferably with a finance specialisation. I currently hold an offer from :
Bradford
Glasgow
University of Birmingham( MBA in Global banking and finance)
Newcastle University
With Finance as my main concentration , in addition to the after MBA prospects of the Uni and ROI , which one would be the best. I am really having a hard time choosing teh best one. Please help :)

Also, please guide, how true are the rankings. As per the FT rankings- Birmingham Tops, but so confused as PSW is another big issue as I would be an international student

Yes Birmingham is the best choice, and has a formal specialisation in banking and finance. The FT rankings are quite reliable: KPMG audit the data.

Hi Polaris,
With 3 years of work experiences you can try for some FT ranked B-Schools like Aston, Durham, Bradford, Strathclyde if money is not a constrain for you. these schools are much better then the current ones.

Yes I would suggest Birmingham too over other two if you are looking for Finance as a specialisation.
