Age - 22 y.o male
Bachelor degrees - Engineering, and Business Administration
Work exp. - 1 yr in Logistics
Goal - Management role in Pharma/Health/Biotech companies

I chose to take a MiM (MSc in Management)
Masters in Management - Reading (Henley) OR
MSc Business and Management - Nottingham

I have checked FT Ranking already and can't see both in 2022 ranking. I also checked LinkedIn for my goal role but found only people with medicine/health sciences degrees for manager roles. I'm having difficulty finding MiM holders in managerial positions in such companies.

Please help me choose the right one between Nottingham and Reading.

Based on your research, neither of these options will lead to your goals. So, neither is an appropriate recommendation. 
I have no idea what sort of managerial role does to someone with one year of experience and an MSc from an unranked MiM programme. Probably you need to rework your career staretgy.,
