MBA with Birmingham 2021

I have an offer from Birmingham MBA for September intake with a 50% scholarship and I am considering it. I have tried in Durham, Warwick, Edinburgh but was rejected and have not applied to Strathclyde or Aston, or Lancaster, or CASS and I think it might be too late for 2021 September intake. But having read all the threads now I am thinking it might be a wrong choice, I have over 10 years of experience both in software development and IT consulting and my main objective is to move to the UK and a career shift. This new graduate route Visa Program which allows you to stay in the UK for 2 years after post-grad looks promising. Please suggest if I should go ahead or not?

Birmingham seems to be the 40th best MBA in Europe: https://rankings.ft.com/schools/103/rankings/2858/ranking-data  Since you need a visa, it is very tight for entry in September. The question is this: are you aiming at the sort of role that Birmingham MBAs go into, or not. It's not clear to me that you have very clear career goals, and that is a strong argument for applying in September or October to a much better school.

Apologies for not being clear with my objective. I need to get into roles like Management consultant, BA, strategy consultant, etc. And would you care to elaborate on "Since you need a visa, it is very tight for entry in September".

Thanks

Management consultant, BA, strategy consultant, etc seem very genetic to me.

If you need a visa to work in the UK, then you would also need a visa to study in the UK. There might not be enough time for you to obtain your visa by the time you were admitted to another school.
