I have have made a search to find MBA in Information Technology to be coursed in one year Full time, but I did not find interesting thing. could any one give me information about this kind of courses? if it is in London, better.

Not sure about London, but check with business schools that have multidisciplinary programs in technology fields. Example: I know Sloan has SeeIT - not an actual degree program but it overlaps with MIT and the courses there.

Also, if you can widen your one-year commitment limit, you should at least consider a dual degree MBA/MSc in information management. ASU Carey has a well-reputed program along these lines.
