Its located at the heart of London. However you can stay at the suburbs of london (upton park, illford etc) if you would like to save living cost. the Business School is not very highly ranked. you can get better options.

I agree. Check out Birmingham, Lancaster, and even Leeds for other options, and maybe just use Westminster as a safety school (depending on your profile.)
