I am having 6 years of IT experience and now want to do a MBA from UK. But financially i am not that strong. Can you refer some universities which can suit my purpose and would be provide a good ROI

No, not the in the UK. If you want an accredited MBA under that price you should consider UC3M in Madrid or CEU in Budapest.

There's also CNAM in Paris and MIB in Italy, both are in your fee range.

MIB is a much better idea than CNAM. When I visited CNAM it felt very unlike a top MBA. MIB's better connections and better resources are more evident, and its has very strong connections to hiring managers.
It is a bit cruel to say that CNAM felt like an ancient community college?

Better than CNAM I imagine. MIB and CEU will be much better: great student quality there and much better employer links.
