What do you want to switch your career to? Why only UK schools? These schools are very different: why do they interest you?

Since you have 10 years of Experience, based on your GMAT you can weigh your choices, but in case you want to land up with a career in consulting I would suggest Cornfield and Warwick. I would not recommend Henley as they have recently started accepting candidates with 3+ years of work exp, so I am not very sure about the cohort profile in terms of diversity and experience, suppose most of them would be from IT background.
Rest all depends on your GMAT scores.
