Exp is a major criteria in UK MBA programs...Will suggest to proceed a MBA in HR.........psychology+HR is closely related....Top companies recruit psychologists for HR counsellings.......etc...You got a good career.......A combination of psychology+international MBA would be a perfect blending......
At present you can go for a Msc program...Do not wait for gathering exp....becoz job opportunities for psyc(at UG level) is very difficult.......Or else try to join in detective agencies...But that would be a tough decision..Job is not easy..
So go for a Msc program in HR....Make your degree suitable for variety of options..

Hey Susie,
Thank's a million for your suggestion it was very helpful indeed.
You had asked me to go for an MSC program in H.R. (i'm pretty sure this will be a good thing to do) Can i get an entry into this program as i am still an undergraduate??? if yes do you have any idea where this is offered in india ( hyderabad)????
I would also like to knw that if I, with out any work experience get an M.B.A from a university in the u.k( as some of them like john moore's welcome non exp candidates) what would be my chances of getting hired in a good company as an H.R in the u.k or elsewhere.???? (i would be holding a graduaion degree in psychology journalism & eng literature along with a international M.B.A by then)

Hi Keith
Are you residing in UK?
Jobs are available....There is no doubt about it...Only point is you may not get a senior position due to lack of exp...In India you have plenty of openings....And you need not come to India for MBA... Many students from India has
got a MBA admission despite lack of exp in UK...You can very well make it....but may not be in premier univ like Oxbridge etc...and it is not easy to get into top(ISB-Hyderabad) Indian univ with out good GMAT score....To get into top institutes in India average GMAT required is 700 to 720...

But you are forced to do Msc only.....You dont have any option.....If you have considerable exp I would have suggested to go for MBA...More over I thought you were residing in UK....Since you are an Indian why dont you give a CAT and focus on IIM,SP Jain,XLRI,Great Lakes,MICA etc..rather than doing it in abroad.....
In fact I was interested in Exe-MBA offered by IIMA....becoz of less GMAT I started working on UK schools....
