If you are planing to take managerial positions in the future, an MBA program is always a good bet - as long as it is a recognized business school, with a good ranking. you have to choose well, taking the schools accreditation and ranking in mind, otherwise you might just be spending your money for nothing(and it is a lot of money!). your GPA seems fine to me, but to be considered as a candidate for a good business school, you must also have a good GMAT or TOFEL score, and of course work experience. there are a lot of schools in the uk that are considered quit good - start by searching here on the site for a suitable one:

http://www.find-mba.com/search

you can use the advanced options to narrow down your search.

if you have any questions about specific schools, post here, and im sure someone will be able to help you.

Hi,

no one can decide if the "path" you r gonna choose is correct or not...ask yourself.

going thru ur profile i am kinda confused....

1. You chose Biology in your high school but did an engineering course.

2. You chose to do electronics engineering course and end up working in the "Business Development" dept of a company. ("Business Development" in India means Sales and field-level-Marketing division.)

3. You are in the business development division of the co but you have a work profile of a HR since you deal the recruitment process.

4. Now you want to return to classroom once again but cant decide between Electronics and Business Management.

Bizzare!!

May I politely ask what exactly do you mean by "path"???

--Nes

P.S.: please avoid using caps...its not polite.
