Hello !
I hold offers for MSc Investment Management/MiF from
- Reading (Henley)
- Exeter
- Birmingham
- NUS
My career goal is to work in an investment/asset management role at big firms like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, HSBC, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, UBS, etc.
I'm sure that they would pick graduates from LBS, LSE, Imperial, and Oxbridge, but I'm not quite sure whether a graduate from the universities to which I have been admitted would have a good chance of employability for the mentioned big firms.
Which university mentioned above would provide a graduate with a better chance to work in those firms?
All your opinions and advice are very welcome.
Thank you.
Goldman Sachs, HSBC, etc. Employability

I mentioned my post about using LinkedIn to you in the past. What do those data suggest to you?

Yes, sir. Based on my research -
Exeter: UBS, HSBC, Barclays
Henley: HSBC
Birmingham: HSBC, BlackRock, UBS
NUS: Citi, Morgan Stanley, UOB
However, these results primarily pertain to bachelor graduates. There is limited data available regarding the employment prospects of master's graduates.

Which MiFs place best into the firms you want to work for? If the programmes you currently apply to do not place into the firms you want to work for, you either need to change programmes or expectations.
