I am switching job now, but considering my current company is an internationally well known company, I hesitated because by the time I leave, I will only have 2 1/2 years experience with them.

this new job I am moving on to is a middle-small size company which provides me better quality of job - i will be learning much more, better benefits etc.

Will this job switch hold me back? If considering all other qualities the same, saying I have the same GMAT and same GPA in school.
