I am a final year distance learning student at Warwick and I've been very impressed with the quality of the teaching, as well as the flexibility the programmes offer. Cost was also a consideration and I think that Warwick is one of the least expensive MBAs by distance learning, whilst not compromising on quality.

I can't speak for Durham but would recommend Warwick fully. My suggestion would be to apply to both and visit the open day sessions before you make a decision. Good luck with this

Best, David

Thanks David,

Can you please tell me where are you studying from? also what is the course material used? how long it took you to complete the program? what was your plan for study (how many hours per week)?

Studying from UK - I did a combination of distance learning and modules (one month prep, one week at school, one month to do an assessment). The flexibility at Warwick is very good in this respect. I will finish in March and it will have been 3 years end to end. Re study hours - this really depends on the individual. I would estimate around 10-15 hours per week for distance learning - 2 months before exams I did I guess 25 hours plus. For modular, around 10-15 hours per week for prep work, full time whilst at school and around 10-15 hours per week for 4 weeks for the assessment.

Good luck with your decision

Any reasons why you haven't looked at Imperial and Manchester. Both are equal to Warwick in MBA terms and better in institutional international reputation.
