GMAT beginner, where to start?

Thyrfing

Hello,

I will be doing the GMAT for the first time in the middle of August. That gives me about 17 weeks to prepare. However, I have no clue about where to start or what to buy. I am doing my last year as an undergraduate now and will be graduating by the end of the year

1. Is this prep-time reasonable for getting a 650+ score? (highly individual, I know. Just wondering about the time-frame)

2. Could someone point me in the right direction on where to start, how much to study, what to buy, etc?

Thanks!
