If anyone could please provide me with some level of guidance, that would be really helpful.
I want to pursue an MBA and I am confused as to which one should be the best for me.
I have applied to all 3 programs and have been given an admit from HHL.
I like the program, however I'm confused regarding if I should take it up or not.
I have a masters degree in Chemical Engineering and have worked for a tyre manufacturer for the last 4.5 years.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Best.
WHU, Warwick, HHL

What are your goals? Why did these schools attract you?

Hey, so I am keen to work in the automobile sector, preferably as a product manager in electric vehicles.
I applied to HHL, WHU L and Mannheim, since all 3 are in Germany and Germany is a hub for automobiles. While looking at other schools in Europe Warwick was another one which looked feasible.

Those sound like good choices.

So, HHL has offered me admission and the others are yet to get back. Should I take up the HHL offer or wait for the others?

Are you a competitive candidate at the other schools? How good is your German? The auto sector is pretty strong about Leipzig now.

Mannheim is unlikely, WHU and Warwick I think I may convert. However, as an Indian my German is weak. I have been learning German for the last 1-2 months.

Have you applied for the long or short program at HHL?

Warwick would be better still.

What should be my order?
1. Warwick
2.?

Those are not the only schools to consider, and I don't know you or your goals well enough to want to limit you to them.

Fair enough. Thanks for your feedback.

An update to this post.
I've got an admit from both HHL as well as Warwick. The others have either chosen to waitlist me or chosen to not select me for their program.
Also, I've completed my A1 in German and am halfway through A2.
In light of this any feedback on which school should I choose to join would be appreciated.
Thanks

Warwick is clearly the better choice.

Even with the effect of coronavirus and Brexit and the time it might take for the economies to get back up?
I assume that the longer duration of HHL will allow me to also allow me to pursue internship and demonstrate my ability to work in Germany which I might not get to do at Warwick.

That is true. But your English will be better after a year at Warwick than your German after two years at HHL.

Rankings are not everything but HHL does not even make the FT rankings, whereas Warwick is in the top half of the FT top global MBA programmes.

HHL is ranked #20 in Europe for the MiM, similar to Mannheim and Cass. It has a small MBA, and a limited regional market, but also an incredible track record for entrepreneurship, which suppresses salaries. It feeds into totally different outcomes from Warwick and that matters much more than its ranking.
