What masters to do?

Should I do a masters if I'm not 100% sure what I want to do it in?

I am about to graduate from my undergrad this may. However, my uni is a second tier one. I wanted to do a masters at a 1st tier uni to boost my cv but I don't know the exact career I want to go into nor the masters. I did business studies as undergrad

Any advice would be appreciated as masters are expensive and don't want to do one that I am not 100% sure will help my career

This seems like the sort of question that the career services team at your university will be able to help you with. Ask them to recommend a career aptitude test for you. To get an dea of what those tests can do, take this fun, free, test used by applicants in the UK https://www.ucas.com/careers/buzz-quiz

I also enjoyed this recent video about careers from Dartmouth College, the smallest of the Ivy Leage schools: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOA8IJAEyjY

Yeah, I'm not sure what advice we can offer you. Talk to people, go through your network, and explore your options.
