Hi,
I am female, will be 24,5 by the August 31, 2014.
I am applying to Said and Judge MBA.
Will have 4,5 years of full time work experience by August 31, 2014 and half a year part-time experience.
Currently I am working as an IT business analyst for a governmental project, also I was lately appointed as a ISMS manager of our company and implementing ISO 27001 requirements for my company to get certified.
I want to move from IT sector to business consulting, that's why I need an MBA.
Took GMAT recently and scored 700. What do you think are my chances of being admitted to one of these two courses?
Thanks,
What are my chances of getting admitted to Oxbridge MBA?

When did you complete your degree? As long as you meet their criteria, you have one chance in three more or less.

I completed my bachelor degree in economics in April 2010 and then, in November 2011, I started a distance course in management and getting my Masters degree in February 2014.

Congratulations! Distance learning can be challenging, so it's excellent that you are to complete that: it shows your capacity to learn.
Your weakness is that your work experience is in high supply amongst applicants and, since the managerial element is light, not highly valued. I think you have a slightly higher chance of admission at Judge, but still the odds are against it. You'd need a very strong application, or an extra year with better work experience.
