Are these your best options? The University of Gloucestershire is a very lowly ranked UK university. What are your specific career goals and how will an MBA help you achieve these?

Getting a degree is not a career goal. I doubt an MBA from Gloucestershire will open up many doors with prospective quality employers.

These are not great options but Gloucestershire is the clear winner. It is a real university while SSM is not. SSM is a further education provider, not a higher education provider. It cannot issue diplomas with the status of a degree in Switzerland.

I am already working as a flight attendant 10 Y + but we have some internal vacancies for part-time trainers that require a degree and my experience is counted, that's why I am looking to get a degree so I can apply. Bacheor will take a
longer time to finish

If all you need is a degree, that's a way to get one. A top-up MSc might be cheaper and easier. A pile of schools do that, and none will have any of the three major accreditations. One notch down will be schools in the AACSB Business Education Alliance. Use the options where to find schools that are no accredited. https://www.aacsb.edu/members?regions=europe-middle-east-and-africa&countries=united-kingdom&typesOfSchool=public&accreditations=not-accredited
