1) Educational :
i)10th : 65% passed in 1995
ii) 12th : 75% passed in 1997
iii) Bachelor's in mechanical engineering : 67% passing 2001
iv) Master's in Mechanical engineering; 8.53 CGPA out of 10.0 passed in 2006
2) Experience: Approx 18years years in Mechanical Design engineering department in oil and gas
3) Age : 41 years
4) Nationality: Indian

More specific goals would help. What country, what role, what industry etc. Try this: https://find-mba.com/lists/top-business-school-by-speciality/top-business-schools-for-energy-and-natural-resources In terms of affordability, you will often be able to get better outcomes from an specialised MSc at a good schools than a similarly priced MBA at a worse school.
