MBAs are a disproportionately well represented group of millionaires.

Everything is possible, but it is extremely unlikely and rare that it will be 1mil. annually!

An MBA from a top school, is definitely a good way to get on the right path for high salary
Entrepreneurship can also wield high income. Again an MBA from a top school is great to get you on the entrepreneurship path
How you walk the path, and the end result, is always up to you though

Dow you know a job with over 1 million salary?
I'm not sure this (ever) happens, at least immediately after completing an MBA. The top end of the Stanford salary scale tends to be around $220-$250k (somebody in this year's report working in VC reported a $285k salary).
My sense is that's about the highest MBA students just hitting the market will be making.
