Hi everyone. I have an overall exp of 13 years and looking for an online EMBA for career upliftment. I am currently in UK but would be returning to India by 2022. Initially I was looking for a MBA in UK but now am more thinking of doing it out of India possibly.

The objective of my MBA would not be to have a drastic career change but to improve my goals, hence not focusing on the likes of IIM or LSB.

Need some guidance on which B schools should I short- list and in which location. Would the ones available in US suit my needs or it’s better to look for colleges in India. My budget for the education is within 20k USD.

Your budget probably cannot stretch to the [$27,000] fees for the IIM-A's new ePGP, but I suspect that an Indian business school will be the better choice.

Thanks a lot Duncan for your reply. I did inquire with IIM but unfortunately it’s not 100% online and needs candidates to be present in the campus once every quarter, hence it won’t allow me to start now while I am in UK.

Would you have any views on the e-MBA program offered by SP Jain as that seem to meet a few criteria’s. Or probably any other options that you can suggest.

Other people here know the Indian market better.

Yes, I think that is better than any UK online MBA for most students.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear earlier , am with Service based IT company for past 13 years and have been working in client facing role/stakeholder management for past 7 years in UK and also in parts of Europe .
As you might be aware location is highly volatile when it comes to IT industry and it can vary a lot depending on project requirement . I am originally from India and would have a preference to settle there but in future I might have to work in UK/US depending on project opportunities.
At the moment,I am looking for a MBA which will help me to move further in my career and has a reputation pretty much worldwide . Only online MBA is an option for me as I have to move around for next 2-3 years .

I am open to any country but just looking for something which will boast my career a bit and have global recognition.

Sadly that doesn't give me a clear idea of your goals. I understand that you would like to move forward in your career, but that is true of everyone who comes to this website.

Sorry if I was not clear . My aim is to pursue an online MBA at the moment as I am a project manger now and aspire to take roles like Engagement manager or Business development manager role and have seen MBA helps for the shift . Now I am working in UK with temporary visa but not sure where will my work location be in the future but chances are more India as I belong from there .
Could you all please suggest what all MBA courses I can look for which will help me in this journey ?
