Generally financial aid doesn't come from business schools but from governments or foundations. Use http://www.internationalscholarships.com/search to find scholarships (your local university library will also have scholarship guides). Unless you have really outstanding results you should not count on scholarships covering most of your costs. Use http://www.mastersportal.eu/ to find courses with low fees.
