Hi All,
I am planning to pursue an affordable online MBA from a university in the UK. Research for over a couple of weeks has led me to a lot of confusion. I request you all to help me reach a decision with this.
I have a Bachelors in Engineering. Have been working in the middle east (Oman & UAE) for the past 5 years for a MNC in Projects Management. My aim is to increase my knowledge in operations & management to move further up in my present company. Even though I am planning to remain in the middle east for the foreseeable future, an MBA that can be of value to me if I plan to migrate to Europe will be a plus. Considering the tuition fees for online MBA's, I have filtered my options to EBS, Bradford, Coventry & Manchester Met.
Kindly suggest which is the best option to go with. Please keep in mind that I plan to remain in Dubai.
Hoping to hear from you all.
Thanks

Bradford and Manchester Met have meaningful international accredition, unlike Heriot Watt and Coventry. Bradford has the much better network in the Middle East too.

None of these—nor really, any Online MBA in general—will add much value for you in terms of migrating to the UK in the future. Better options would be to (1) do an in-class, full-time program at a ranked UK school, or (2) go work for a multinational company that operates in both the Middle East and the UK and find a way to transition that way.
Otherwise, the Bradford and Manchester Met programs are both solid, and have decent networks. The Alliance Manchester Global MBA is also worth looking at, and has a great network in the region due to its presence in Dubai.

This person seems to be staying in Dubai so the schools with programs in Dubai will be especially interesting for this candidate.
