hi
2 programs I have recently came to hear of:
1. IE (Instituto De Empresa) Global MBA online
2. Thunderbird and Indiana (Kelly direct) dual desitance learning MBA
both programs are from highly ranked/recognized schools
question:
In todays MBAs job market, how appreciative are recruitres of such online program grads?
are they looked upon similarly as full time MBA grads from the same schools are looked upon?
thanks!
Ron

Hi Ron,
Well, i don't think there is a simple answer to your question....
but i found this in FT:
http://www.ft.com/cms/s/2/af8f945a-f1a2-11dc-9b45-0000779fd2ac,dwp_uuid=976ed3c0-f40b-11dc-aaad-0000779fd2ac.html
It expresses different views of different people in the B school and in industry - very interesting anyhow!
Hope it helps,
Oshrat

"there is no substitute for intense, in-person exercises to allow people to move past being polite, and past being rude, to a place where there is a strong and cohesive team"
I tend to agree with jkloren, there is no substitute for in person - i would also go for a mixed program, as it gives the comfort of flexibility in study, allowing u to carry on working, and all the advantages of group learning(first and foremost networking)

If you want an Distance (Online) MBA that will recognized and respected throughout this hemisphere, consider one of these 45 programs featured in Latin Trade Magazine. Latin America?s Fortune Magazine equivalent, which is published in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
I am in my final year at Walden University, which is included in the above mentioned ratings. I just returned to the USA after a month working in Guatemala and Honduras. I was enrolled in an Accounting course during my entire trip and was able to do both. A brick and mortar program limits your mobility. But as with anything, there is no One-Size-Fits-All MBA program. Find the one that best suits you!
¡Buena Suerte!
