Need honest opinion on chances

Hi,
I wanted know about the sort of schools I should be looking at with regards to the rankings( Top 10, 20, 30...). I will complete my Bachelors of Management Studies degree from Mumbai university in the next year with a GPA around 3.3-3.5. My extracurriculars aren't that great and are limited to participation in college fests and events. Do you think I stand any chance of getting into the deferred MBA programs at any of the top universities( Yale, HBS 2+2 etc.) if I score between 650 and 700 in the GMAT?

No, you stand no chance. People with your background would struggle to get in even with several years work experience. It's hard to see how you would add more than them.
