what are your goals? If you want to return to HR, why not apply for a HR job?

well my goal is to work as a hr manager for a hotel or catering company in the middle east but i havnt got any hr background as such when it comes to a qualification. if i apply for hr jobs they require a qualification related to the field i have applied for .
