Hi,
I have an offer from the subject universities. Hult has offered me 14000 USD worth of scholarship on experience basis.
GMAT pretty low (500) so could not make it to better schools.
Post graduation goals: Finance, Operations Management
Worth considering or should I retake the GMAT? What if GRE instead of the GMAT?

This depends a little on what your goals are in the finance sector. You'll benefit from getting into a much better school for finance. Neither Hult nor Queensland are in the FT 100, and Edinburgh is on the list but near the bottom. Hult is well known for offering scholarships but read The sad facts about scholarships http://www.find-mba.com/board/37055
I would certainly suggest you either retake the GMAT or aim for a masters in finance at a better school.

Duncan,
Thank you for your feedback. I was having second thoughts about these schools and hence the question. I gave a GRE diagnostic and scored 307 on the Powerprep software without essays (Q164, V142). Would you suggest retaking the GMAT or try focusing on GRE instead. Although I have heard that many recruiters ask for GMAT scores for the respective schools.

Focus on the GMAT. GRE is a signal that you cannot handle numbers.
