I prefer studying in Singapore but elsewhere is fine too...

That sounds to be more like a master of science than an MBA, given the less specialised nature of the MBA. The SMU MAF is a strong option, as is the NUS MFE.

Depends. What do you want to do with a degree like that? A general MBA that's strong in finance, or one specialized in finance, might be fine, depending on your career goals.

The specialized master's programs that Duncan pointed out might also be good options. In general NUS is really strong in this field due to its Risk Management Institute research center.

Those are the order they appear in in the FT ranking, that's for sure. NUS tends to have stronger placements in finance.
