1. Are you graduating from an above-average school, that your target employers actively recruit from? For example, MBAs are more highly valued than MSCs, but an MBA from a below-average school will not get you a job. An MSc from a great school is better than an MBA from a poor school. 
2. Do you have the language skills and acculturation needed? Maybe there is an Greek hotel school with 100% placement, but if you don't speak Greek you might not be able to find work.
