Hi there,
I am in dilema to decide if I should take MBA or Msc in PM program. I am from and based in Asia, with 6+ years PM experience in software plus 3 years in management. A bit worried my age of 34 and 10 years work experience is not suitable anymore the Msc in PM program, which is normally designed for recent graduates. It seems some schools offer MBA programs in subject of Project Management. I filtered out a few of such, but none has good ranking
Appreciate if anyone can shed light by sharing how you find MBA in Project Management. Or if any recommendation for Msc in PM designed for professionals with certain years of work experience. Last but not least, I prefer European schools. Thanks a million!

Find the best MBA possible. Project management is not a concentration that most serious business schools offer.
If you are only interested in PM, go for PMP or Prince2 course. Spending a year at school is a real waste of time

Like donho199 said, project management is not a concentration many business schools offer. That said, you will undoubtedly pick up project management skills and strategies during any good MBA program.
I would also be concerned with your age and work experience when applying to an MBA. You will most likely be at the end of the age bell curve for most programs. Have you considered an EMBA? Many only require 7 or 8 years of work experience - and at that level you'll probably get more out of an executive level program anyway.

You must try to go for a different course than MSC. A MBA would definitely help you get your desired course, but seeing your 10 years of experience, is suggest that you try for Harvard or Stanford kinds of colleges which would do justice to you. You must try for senior executive/manager MBA courses which are available in many reputed B schools.

Dear:
I got a diploma in construction management here from Egypt (AAST unv.) then followed it by PMP cert.
I am really interesting in project management career
So do I have to enter MBA in project management or I may enter directly the DBA program. Especially that most of the MBA in project management are nearly presenting the same subjects that I have already studied
