Searching the discussion boards will be a good start. McGill stands out: http://www.find-mba.com/specializations/36/entrepreneurship

how McGill can be best without having specialization in entrepreneurship whereas york,UBC and rotman have MBA in entrepreneurship. why these are not as good as McGill?
McGill situated in Montreal. DO you think french is must for working there after MBA as i want to work for 2-3 years in canada to get some experiance and money

Research the McGill website for entrepreneurship - you'll see there's a huge amount of work being done there. The Find MBA listings reflect the number of students who go into entrepreneurship, and that's not really determined by whether the entrepreneurship education there is formally described as a concentration.
French is strongly recommended for working in Quebec, buit not everyone speaks great French. Take a look at http://angryfrenchguy.com/2008/03/14/mcgill-francais/

You don't necessarily need to have a concentration in entrepreneurship to be an entrepreneur. The fact is, McGill has a lot of resources for entrepreneurs, like a research center and case competitions.
McGill also benefits a lot from being in Montréal, which is a fairly good place to launch a startup.
French would be an asset, especially if you're planning on launching your own business in Québec.
