If you want to return home then there are a few considerations.
First, a school with a good local network is worth investing in. Which international schools have the best network in your country? Is there a strong, AACSB-accredited school in your country?
Second, can you reduce the investment? Online MBAs like Illinois, Warwick are good options. There are low-attendance MBAs like Manchester available in Asian cities like Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai.

Yes, the price of the EMBA is higher for two reasons: it's more costly to run, and the value is higher.
There are, as you probably know, two internationally-respected business schools in Pakistan: Institute of Business Administration and LUMS. Following my approach (How to use LinkedIn to find the best school www.find-mba.com/board/33571) to look for MBAs in general management in the country, it seems that Preston University and Karachi University are also popular local choices, but they don't seem to be universities at the same level.
If you can afford to take an international MBA, then the online option will be cheapest (Illinois is excellent value, but I see that Bradford and Durham have more graduates in Pakistan than UIUC).

I suggest you contact some LBS alumni in Pakistan. You can find them using LinkedIn, or ask the admissions team in Dubai.

Also an excellent option but for a big investment you need a plan for a big return. It's not like a Freshers course where employers line up to hire the students.

both INSEAD AND LBS EMBA have same cost.
what is the best option with my profile.
have you know any alumni of LBS (DUNCAN is also alumni of LBS may be know about alumni in pakistan) and INSEAD in pakistan?
