MBA


I am planning to change my work profile and do MBA. I have few questions.
My education background :

1. 10th : 88.40 % with Science Stream
2. 12th : 82.20 % with Science Stream
3. Graduation : Btech (7.25 CGPA) with Electronics and Telecommunication branch

1 year gap after 12th and Graduation

Work Experience :

Working in IT industry as Senior Software Developer in Ericsson
I have work of 6 years 8 months. (2015 - Currently working)

I want to understand, which exam to opt for, which colleges to apply, which MBA stream, which MBA program to choose?
Since, i have long experience , i want to know how that will impact placemenets? hence which college and MBA program will be good for me?
Please help me out as i am very confused

It's hard to answer this without knowing your goals: what sort of role do you want, in what country, and in which industry? I would also recommend taking the GMAT test, or a practice test based on the GMAT. Take a look at:
