Is an MBA in Switzerland worth to get a job in CH coming from O&G industry?

Hello everybody, I am a 28 year-old mechanichal Engineer (BSC+MSC) with 3 years experience as Project Manager for big projects in O&G industry in one of the major Oil companies.
For personal reasons, I would move to Switzerland to progress my career development. I would like to know if with my background (I have a b1 in German) could an MBA/EMBA a way to get into Swiss job market. I am open to move into a different business from O&G but I am not sure if my skills could anyway help me.

Thanks

This really depends on your goals and the school you attend. Without a convincing set of goals, it will be harder for you to attend a good school.

Thanks for the reply.
I understand from what I read that with the only goal to get a job in Switzerland is hard to convince good school to let me join MBA. The goal for me is to move away from the O&G market and potentially start a career in the operations field at a medium management level or moving to a different market like banking or consultancy also starting from a medium-low management level.
My question is:is the MBA a support to achieve my goals? If no what you suggest? if I should be able to join an MBA at HSG, could I have any chance to get a job in Switzerland or my background would kick me out from the swiss job market?"

Many thanks

This is exactly what top MBAs do, in Switzerland and anywhere else in mainland Europe. If you get into a MBA in the top 100 as a foreign student and can speak and write the local business language you are highly likely to get an excellent MBA-level job.

Thanks! I have some doubts since I do not see how my skills could fit into a mainly heathcare/banking/pharma job market.
The challenge is the language,Can german b1 be considered enough to be considered a German speaker?

Thanks

I can't think of any professional role in which B1 is enough. A semester studying German full-time in a state university, perhaps in Austria or Germany, might be a great preparation.
