How to get into good school with work experience without GMAT

hi friends,

I am ajay, from india. I have done my Graduation in Mechanical Engineering and working with one of the largest Steel Producer with International reputation for last 3 years in the field of project management is setting up one of world's largest steel manufacturing unit here in India. Now i would like to go 4 MBA from any of the top class B-School may it be US or europe or any where else with good reputation, but I don't like to get into preparation of GMAT anymore.

So kindly suggest me any good B-school where i can apply without a GMAT score i will produce good recommendations both from my professional field and academic professors...

Kindly share what ever info you people I wld like to join the course by next year till then i will complete 4 years of work experience....
