My name is Khaled Shetewy. I am a telecom Engineer with 10 Years of experience in Telecom industry. i am looking forward to boost my career by taking online MBA.

according to my budget both universities are almost same cost and i am confused which one to choose.
Manchester Metropolitan University is triple accredited
Hariot watt is accredit by Royal Charter

from my research Hariot watt is more convenient as it has more alumni network in engineering but i am worry if royal charter accreditation is well know and recognized
my purpose of taking the MBA is increasing my chance to find management position in Europe within telecom industry

Every British university has a charter, and so do many businesses and charities. It is not a form of accreditation. I can't see any reason to take a low quality MBA, that lacks any of the triple crowns, when you have so many excellent accredited MBAs. 

Europe has national labour markets. If you want to work here it would be better to take a full time course in Europe, even a cheaper MSc at a great school rather than an MBA from an average one. 

If you don't already have permission to work in one of the European countries, one of these MBAs would help you very little with your goal of working in Europe. 

If you can't afford to do an in-class, full-time accredited MBA (or even an MSc as Duncan mentioned) maybe you can look for other ways of immigrating. Each country would have different requirements and labor needs.
