hallo Raman - welcome to the forum!
there are quit a few business schools around offering MBA in energy management or related subjects - just use the search engine to find some:
http://www.find-mba.com/search
use the advanced options to focus on the subject you want.
in a search i did just now i got 19 programs -
they all cost differently, you will have to look at the websites of each program listed for the info generally speaking, 25000$ is a bit on the low side, and would maybe not be enough for a good school.
also try to search this forum for previous posts on the subject . i seem to remember there where quit a few of them - just use the search option on the boards main page.
Good luck,
O.

Don't rule out good programs just because of money, Raman. Always remember you might be able to get scholarships. If there was even an industry where there should be money available for scholarships, it's the petroleum industry. Look at the websites of the schools that interest you, talk to their people and see what kind of scholarship opportunities there are. If it's a specialized program, often there are close links to the industry.

Well, work experience seldom hurts an application. I assume yours is not 5 years grating cheese at Pizza Hut, so particularly if you can demonstrate leadership, then it's a good thing. Again, where do you want to study?

it seems there is a new wave of MBA programs dealing with energy! see this article about this new fashion:
http://www.find-mba.com/article/314/can-an-mba-spark-a-career-in-the-energy-industry
there are also links for the relevant schools at the bottom of the page.
Are you already working in the energy branch, or do you want the MBA to help you get in?
