Which university is better regarding MBA
Cardiff metropolitan or Bolton university?

Note: I will take this diploma level 7 before that from pearson or Qualifi

Pearson will take me to Cardiff Met
Qualifi will take me to Bolton

I guess you know these are both in the bottom 20% of British undergraduate business schools (https://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/rankings?s=Business+%26+Management+Studies). Cardiff Met is slightly better than Bolton, but I wonder what goals these schools could help you accomplish.

I think an LSE BSc is more likely to do that than an MBA that is below-average.

The same as the other MBAs from below average universities.

It may be better for you to take some other degree instead of an MBA from a low ranked university. Maybe a good marketing MSc, or a good MiM from a better university is better match for you ?

I'm not sure an MiM or a good marketing MSc can be had for under $10,000. Closest you'll find is probably some MSc's in Scandinavia, potentially at a school like Lund University.
