Cranfield vs Hult(London) EMBA

HBEMBA

Wondering how to decide between these two schools for an Executive MBA. I'm currently in the UK and will eventually, perhaps in 5 years time, move to the USA. Both have the specialisation options I'm looking for. Does anyone have any thoughts on which school would be better in the long run for career opportunities? Many Thanks!

Why are you limiting yourself to these schools?

Take a look at: Specialisations often don't matter http://bit.ly/speMBA

PS If the long-term goal is the US, you will be better off with a bigger US brand. Could you look at the UIUC and Boston online MBAs and the Harvard ALM in management?

Duncan,

The link was of great use as was the content of the information. I'm back doing a further deep dive into the possibilities but will now add Warwick BS to the equation as I have received offers from all three. Specialisations are truly not the reason why I've chosen these schools, though my first post does highlight that. I like what they have to offer in their program content, structure, career services, alumni network, etc, and they have differences from each other. Moreover I'm looking for a career pivot (from Project Management, non-profit Management and Entrepreneurship) and will need a school who can provide a broad base with skilled career services to aid in the search for what is best for me. Ideally with some connections for career opportunities here in the UK and in the USA - not to say that is imperative, as I'll remain open to opportunity. Thank you for your help, I've read a great deal of your comments this year which has aided in my application process.

For now I'll continue to sort through everything as I've spent a great deal of time looking into all three schools thus far, any pointers on this part of the process?

Thank you.

For a career transition, a full-time or part-time on campus programme will be better. Focus on the next move (in the UK) not the US one since that might be more challenging.
